From 2016 to 2021 Yuming Bai led product design at dotMake, a Beijing furniture and household-product company he co-founded. The range covers children’s tables and chairs, a loft bed with desk, animal-shaped stools, and plywood chairs and tables for adults.

Designed for production

More than 20 furniture and household products were taken into production. Each was documented as a manufacturing-oriented millwork and joinery package; the role also covered supply chain and quality control.
